Each month our social calendar has a wide array of cultural, educational, and social activities and events to enrich and engage our residents’ lives. Physical, social, and mental activities are essential to the overall wellness of older adults, especially for maintaining a meaningful and satisfying life. Studies have shown that activities can improve coping skills, reduce stress levels, provide a sense of independence, increase social interaction, and promote healthful living.
